Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites an Asst. Manager - Compliance and Operations to own the end-to-end workflow for Category III AIFs. You will oversee regulatory checks, fund document alignment, and investor reporting, coordinating with fund administrators and auditors.

The role requires CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent, 35 years of relevant experience, deep SEBI AIF knowledge, and excellent financial communication skills. On-site position in Lucknow with a competitive package.

• Working knowledge of SEBI AIF Regulations, Companies Act, and taxation aspects relevant to AIFs.

Mansioni

• Take end-to-end ownership of operational workflow for Category III AIF to ensure regulatory and fund-compliance boundaries.
• Review exposure, drawdowns, investor commitments against fund documents and regulatory limits.
• Conduct pre- and post-trade compliance checks (investment concentration limits, sector restrictions, leverage).
• Assist in drafting and updating internal compliance checklists, SOPs, and dashboards.
• Prepare and file regulatory reports including SEBI AIF reports (monthly/quarterly), RBI/FEMA filings if applicable.
• Monitor SEBI AIF Regulations compliance, PPM, and internal investment guidelines.
• Validate accruals, expenses, performance fees, and management fee computations per PPM/agreements.
• Support audits and inspections (SEBI, statutory, internal) with data explanations.
• Coordinate NAV computation with fund administrator; review trial balance, valuations, reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of fund transactions.
• Respond to investor queries on capital statements, tax workings, and portfolio performance.
• Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and quarterly performance reports.
• Collaborate with auditors for annual audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.

Role & responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Asst. Manager - Compliance and Operations will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of operational workflow of Category III AIF to cover

the following deliverables:

• Periodically review exposure, drawdowns, and investor commitments against fund documents and regulatory limits.
• Conduct pre- and post-trade compliance checks (investment concentration limits, sector restrictions, leverage, etc.). Ensure transactions are within regulatory and fund-specific boundaries.
• Assist in drafting and updating internal compliance checklists, SOPs, and dashboards.
• Assist in preparation and filing of regulatory reports including SEBI AIF reports (monthly/quarterly), RBI/FEMA filings if applicable.
• Monitor compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, PPM (Private Placement Memorandum), and internal investment guidelines.
• Validate accruals, expenses, performance fees and management fee computations as per PPM and agreements.
• Support audits and inspections (SEBI, statutory, internal) by providing required data and explanations.
• Coordinate daily/periodic NAV computation with fund administrator; review trial balance, valuations, and reconciliation reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of fund transactions.
• Support investor queries related to capital statements, tax workings, and portfolio performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
