Job summary

BECO, a revolutionary home care brand, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable specialist with 8–12 years of GST compliance expertise to manage invoicing and tax accounting. The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP/Tally/Oracle ERP systems.

You will ensure accurate records and timely payments while liaising with vendors. The position involves adherence to GST/TDS provisions and collaboration with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in Accounts Payable and GST compliance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST laws, and TDS provisions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, ERP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and book Goods, Service, and Import invoices in the accounting system.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST and TDS requirements, including accurate tax accounting.
• Perform periodic vendor reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents, and approvals before processing payments.
