Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Handle project accounting, expense monitoring, cost allocation, and budget tracking.
• Process vendor invoices, contractor bills, and payment certifications.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and general ledgers.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
• Monitor cash flow requirements and support treasury-related activities.
• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Support management with financial data and project performance analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in handling project accounting within real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification
