Qualifications

• CA qualification completed and 2–4 years of core accounting experience.
• GST, TDS and compliance knowledge with timely filing.
• Real estate background preferred; hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime and Farvision ERP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end daily accounting and financial management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Education: CA (Only CA Completed Candidates should apply)
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of core experience in accounting and taxation.
• Industry Preference: Real Estate background is highly preferred. Experience in the Hospitality/Hotel industry is a major added advantage.

Technical & Software Skills

• Core Software: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
• ERP Advantage: Prior working knowledge of Farvision ERP is a strong advantage.
• Office Tools: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas) and MS Word.

Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Accounting & Financial Management

• Oversee and manage end-to-end daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and cash flow management.
• Perform rigorous Bank Reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate general ledgers and ensure proper cost-center allocations (especially relevant for Real Estate and Hotel projects).

2. Statutory Compliance & Taxation

• Direct & Indirect Taxation: Hands-on management of GST and TDS compliance, including timely calculation, deduction, filing of returns, and issue of certificates.
• Reconciliations: Conduct regular Form 26AS, AIS, and TIS reconciliations with internal books to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Payroll & Labor Compliances: Ensure accurate computation and timely deposition of Profession Tax (PT), ESIC, and Provident Fund (PF).

3. Finalization & Reporting

• Lead the preparation and compilation of financial statements up to finalization, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal and statutory auditors to facilitate smooth audit closures.

4. Industry-Specific Accounts (Real Estate & Hospitality)

• Handle Co-operative Society accounts, including billing, maintenance collection tracking, Co-ordination with Unit holders/Society Committee.
