Job summary

Cemindia Projects Limited is seeking a QA/QC Engineer for piling and infrastructure works. You will oversee field inspections, ensure conformance with IS codes, and monitor drilling fluid properties and pile concrete materials.

The role requires experience with bored cast-in-situ piles, tremie operations, reinforcement cages, and quality documentation to support safe and durable infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge about bored cast in situ pile through hydraulic rig-Boring, depth check, cage/tremie lowering, washing of bore hole, etc.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge about Bored cast in situ pile through hydraulic rig- Boring, depth check, cage/tremie lowering, washing of bore hole ,etc
• Inspection & checking of reinforcement cage, cover blocks,etc.
• Test & control the properties of Drilling fluid (Bentonite/ polymer)
• Knowledge on tremie removal process
• Test of Raw materials (Aggregate, cement & admixture) for pile concrete
• Adequate knowledge batching plant operation
• Strong knowledge in pile load tests & pile integrity test
• Clear understanding on Quality documents
• Sound knowledge In relevant IS codes
