Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably with US accounting exposure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping and year-end finalization for US clients.
• Manage and review Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and reconciliations.
• Review monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in accounting processes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team to achieve business targets.
• Conduct regular reviews of team performance and work quality.
• Handle client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Resolve accounting issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth process execution.
• Support audits, month-end/year-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to US accounting practices and applicable standards.
