Job summary

Kohinoor Techno Business Solution LLP in Mumbai is seeking a US Accountant to manage accounting operations for US-based clients. The role requires strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience with accounting software.

The ideal candidate will handle AP, GL, payroll and financial reporting, coordinate with US clients, and ensure timely month-end close. Onsite in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with US shift timings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Experience in US Accounting / Bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other US accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work onsite in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
• Willingness to work in US shifts (1 PM–10 PM IST or 7 PM–4 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for US clients including AP, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle bookkeeping using US accounting standards.
• Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Coordinate with US clients via email and calls for clarifications and updates.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Work with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or other US accounting software.
• Good in P&L and reading balance sheets.
• Individual and business taxation knowledge is preferred.

• 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

About the Role

Kohinoor Techno Business Solution LLP is seeking detail-oriented and experienced US Accountants to manage accounting operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US GAAP, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to independently handle client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for US clients including AP, GL, and bank reconciliations


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements


• Handle bookkeeping tasks using US accounting standards


• Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor payments


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records


• Coordinate with US clients via email and calls for clarifications and updates


• Support month-end and year-end closing activities


• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  
• Work with tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or other US accounting software


• Good in P&L and reading balance sheets.


• Individual Taxation and Business Taxation Knowledge is prefered.
