Job summary

Uno Minda Group is seeking an Asst. Manager for the UML - Alloy Wheel (2W) Division in Ahmednagar. Location is Supa, Maharashtra, with a staff-level role requiring 6-9 years of experience in EHS and a Diploma/Engineering in Industrial Safety. Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.

The role focuses on policy implementation, ESG initiatives, EHS culture, BBS activities, incident prevention, and regulatory compliance, including ISO audits.

Qualifications

• Marathi language proficiency is must.
• Qualification in Safety management (DME/BSC with Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety) is required.

Responsibilities

• Policy implementation - implementation of Group strategic EHS initiatives in plant.
• ESG Guidelines - Drive conservation of resources in plant. Drive the carbon footprint reduction and green initiatives in plant
• EHS Culture improvement - Ensure to do regular EHS Gemba to observe the EHS issues.
• Ensure to implement BBS activities
• Drive incident risk reduction to protect employees and assets.
• Conduct regular health checkups of employees.
• Ensure compliance to all applicable EHS requirements and regulations in plant.
• ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 - Internal auditor certified and ensure compliance with HIRA/Aspect & Impact.
• Employee participation - Coordinate group level EHS Promotional Events.
