Job summary

APAR Industries in India seeks a production planning professional based in Jharsuguda. You will set machine-wise planning to meet the production target as per the plan and oversee monthly material reconciliation.

You will prepare IMS documents, ensure SOP compliance to avoid non-conformities in audits, schedule PMs, monitor process scrap, drive Kaizen, SMED and Six Sigma projects, promote safety culture, and control inventory of production consumables and mat oil usage.

Qualifications

• From Cable or Conductor Industry
• Experience on conductors like ACSR, AAAC, ACCC, AAAC Covered Conductor, AL-57, AL-59

Responsibilities

• Set machine-wise planning to meet production targets as per plan
• Monthly material reconciliation
• Prepare IMS documents and ensure SOP compliance to pass internal/external audits
• Prepare PM schedules and monitor their effectiveness
• Monitor and control process scrap generation
• Implement Kaizen, SMED and Six Sigma for process improvement
• Foster safety culture among all workmen and coordinate with ESH for issue resolution
• Inventory control of all production consumables
• Draw mat oil consumption and control
