We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting to manage international client portfolios and support team delivery in a fast-paced accounting environment. This role is suited for candidates who have completed at least 75% of CA/ACCA and have strong UK accounting experience, team-handling capability, and hands‑on expertise in Xero and QuickBooks.

Key focus areas:

• 50% review, supervision, leadership, and training of team members on month-end activities.
• 50% process streamlining and handling year‑end activities.

Mandatory requirements:

• 75% completed CA/ACCA.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• UK client handling experience is mandatory.
• Xero and QuickBooks experience is mandatory.

Location & Shift:

• Noida Sector 16, hybrid model.
• 3-day work week.
• India/UK shifts: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST.
