Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Manager to join our global accounting firm. You will play a crucial role in the company's growth by managing a portfolio of international clients, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and driving process excellence through cutting‑edge AI and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Service Delivery
  • Lead bookkeeping and accounting engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Design and implement bespoke accounting processes tailored to individual client needs.
  • Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes while reviewing output for accuracy and completeness.
  • Supervise reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and the delivery of financial reporting packages.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects such as financial modeling, business planning, fundraising, and M&A transactions.
  • Provide expert financial advice and build strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of assistant managers, seniors, and staff accountants.
  • Support recruitment and training initiatives to bring new team members up to speed.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and drive employee engagement and accountability.
  • Identify training needs and support capability building across the team.
• Process Improvement & Controls
  • Identify opportunities for automation and drive standardization and efficiency.
  • Ensure strong internal controls and maintain high compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A qualified accountant with 8+ years of experience providing finance and bookkeeping services to UK clients.
• Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in cloud‑based software like Xero and QuickBooks; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace and MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and accounting basics.
• Soft Skills: Excellent numeracy, problem‑solving, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Mindset: A self‑starter who is comfortable "ripping up the rule book" to challenge the status quo and improve efficiency through technology.

Job Details

• Location: Hybrid (Delhi - Noida).
• Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight) IST.
• Salary: 18–20 LPA.
