Job summary

Keylabsintelli is searching for qualified Chartered Accountants with over 3 years of experience to join our Accounting & Advisory team. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements under IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and SAP. Opportunities to work in shifts for global clients are available.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking qualified CAs with 3+ years of experience to join our Accounting & Advisory team supporting our global clients across various levels in our organization. The role involves expertise in financial reporting, technical accounting assistance, client engagement and an ownership mindset.

CTC – As per market standards, depending on the role and current package

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare/ Review financial statements under IFRS / UK GAAP / US GAAP
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform and review reconciliations, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Assist in accounting advisory engagements (GAAP conversions, technical memos, policy documentation)
• Support statutory reporting and audit coordination
• Interact with global clients for data gathering and query resolution
• Work on accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified CA (3+ year post-qualification)
• Strong fundamentals in financial reporting and accounting standards
• Good analytical, documentation and Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, working in a team environment
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Preferred experience – Big 6 experience (Indian practice preferably) or large firms outside the Big 6 (RGN/ MCA/ PKF etc.)
• Industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Willingness to work in shifts (UK, APAC etc.) is a plus
