Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Master Data Governance specialist to own and govern warehouse and transportation master data across SAP TM, BY TMS, and T-MON. You will drive data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency through governance and stakeholder collaboration.

In a multinational environment, you will ensure data consistency, support data migrations, and partner with Transportation and Warehouse teams to deliver accurate planning, reporting, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP TM and master data governance
• Knowledge of BY TMS and T-MON data flows
• Strong data quality and stakeholder collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain transportation & warehouse master data objects
• Support mass data updates, migrations, and data cleansing activities

• Ensure MDM consistency, supporting key metrics like First Time Right, On time %, SLA %
• Data consistency between SAP TM, Blue Yonder, T-MON & carrier systems
• Partner with Business teams in Transportation, Warehouse, Global Process Owners, IT

Overview

Own and govern warehouse & logistics master data across SAP TM, BY TMS, and T-MON platforms to ensure accurate planning, execution, freight settlement, carrier management, transportation visibility, and reporting. The role drives data quality, compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement through effective master data governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain transportation & warehouse related master data objects.
• Support mass data updates, migrations, and data cleansing activities.
• Perform periodic master data validation and audits

• Data consistency between SAP TM, Blue Yonder, T-MON & carrier Systems

Qualifications

• Functional: SAP TM, BY TMS, Transportation Planning, Carrier Management, Warehouse Ops.
• Technical: SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, EDI, SQL & Power BI [preferred], Excel
• 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a multi-national environment with Master data
• A proven ability to achieve deadline and balance priorities
• Excellent communication skill
• Excellent attention to detail and 'right first time' approach to work
• Logical and analytical with a track record of creating innovative solution: Power Apps
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively across functions and to all levels of the business
• Ability to multitask and operate in a high paced environment
