Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – R&D will be responsible for new product development, product improvement, and scaling up R&D operations across multiple plant locations. The role requires strong technical expertise in bakery product development and pilot plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Commercialization – Lead new product development and improvement of existing bakery products. Conduct lab and plant trials and ensure smooth commercialization.

R&D Plant Scale-Up – Drive scale-up of R&D operations across various manufacturing locations. Ensure successful transfer of formulations from pilot plant to commercial production.

Pilot Plant Management (Bakery) – Hands‑on experience in managing R&D pilot plant activities in the bakery industry, including trials, process validation, and troubleshooting.

Quality & Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with FSSAI and internal quality standards. Maintain technical documentation and product specifications.

Cross‑Functional Coordination – Work closely with Production, QA, Procurement, and Marketing teams for successful product launches.
