The role reports to the DGM — Finance, Commercial & ERP Controller and is based at the KMSI Plant, Sriperumbudur. Requirements include a Commerce degree with MBA in Finance and 10–12 years in manufacturing, strong SAP experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Position: Asst. Manager Finance & Accounts

Reports to: DGM — Finance, Commercial & ERP Controller

POSITION SUMMARY

• The Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager — Finance & Accounts is for KYB Motorcycle Suspension India Private Limited.

EDUCATION I EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Commerce, MBA Finance 10 - 12 years in manufacturing sector Working knowledge of SAP system
• MS Word & Advanced Excel

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage the Company's Financial Planning, Investment Strategies, Accounting and Compliance.
• Driving the Company's Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Fund management and working Capital Management.
• Responsible for bringing in automation and streamlining the processes.
• Perform Risk Management by analyzing the Organization's liabilities and investments. Track and ensure Cash flow is appropriate and sustainable for the Organization's operation.
• Create Financial reports and analytics to provide insight to Partner Committee.
• Ensure Compliance with the law and Company Policies.
• Ensure Daily Transactions — Verify & Post process on time.
• Ensure Reconcile of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable by Aging Report periodically.
• Ensure Companies Asset Management Control.
• Managing & controlling Treasury Operation and ensure on time payment.
• Import Accounting including bank remittances as per RBI Guidelines and submitting the

Bill of Entry with the Banks for such remittances.

• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.

• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
• Provide input into department's goal setting process.
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
• Handling & ensure accuracy of GST & T DS compliance and ensure on time Return filing & tax due.

• Coordinate with External & internal Audit and BIG-4 experience is preferrable.
• Assist with tax audits, Transfer Pricing, and tax returns.

Plan, assign and review staffs work.

• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Liaise with our Finance Head and Senior Officers to improve financial procedures.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Proven experience as a senior accountant
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements e Advanced MS Excel skills Preferable SAP experience
