Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced professional with 5–7 years in QMS, MR, or improvements within the automobile industry.

BE in Mechanical/Automobile or equivalent is required. The role involves coordinating with PH/HODs, ensuring timely information flow and adherence to procedures across regional plants and the head office. You will support in audits, maintain monthly checklists, organize documentation, and drive best-practice implementations across interunits.

Qualifications

• Experience in QMS/MR/Improvements in automobile industry.
• Engineering degree BE in Mechanical/Automobile or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage region-related information flow accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with PH/HODs for action points and improvements.
• Follow up action points and report status.
• Ensure closure of critical actions for plant and HO.
• Assist in implementing procedures and conduct periodic audits.
• Prepare monthly checklists for plant PH/HODs and document.
• Organize office documents for internal and Head Office.
• Coordinate interunit travel and share best practices.
• Guide team members on executive requirements.
• Collect data, analyze, and report summaries.

Experience :

Min 5 to 7 years with a background in QMS / MR / Improvements / similar role in automobile industry

Qualifications :

Engineering degree (BE) in Mechanical / Automobile or equivalent professional qualification

Main Responsibilities

• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner related to region.
• Close coordinating with PH / HOD’s for the action points / improvements as per the direction.
• Follow up the meeting action points with concern members and report the status.
• Follow up and ensure closure of critical action points related to plant & HO.
• Support in implementing system procedures and ensuring its adherence through periodic audits.
• Monthly checklist for plant PH / HOD’s to be completed, verified and documented as per plan.
• Organize and manage office documents related to the internal & Head office.
• Travelling between interunits and implementation of best practices between plants.
• To guide & support the relevant team member regarding the requirements of the executive.
• Collecting data, analyzing and reporting the summary.

KPIs

• Critical action points follow up and completion as per the plan.
• Cross implementation of best practices / improvements between interunits.
• Support and monitoring the monthly check list for PH and HOD’s.
