Job summary

Adarsh Developers in Bengaluru is seeking a finance professional with strong accounting, reporting, and audit experience in the real estate/construction sector. You will oversee end-to-end financial reporting, assist in audits, and provide financial analysis at project, company, and group levels.

The role requires CA Articleship experience in Real Estate/Construction, solid knowledge of IND-AS/GAAP/tax, and proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP.

Qualifications

• CA Articleship experience in Real Estate or Construction is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of IND-AS / GAAP / taxation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP systems.
• Experience in handling audits and interacting with auditors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review General Ledger and Trial Balance along with supporting schedules.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow at project, company & group level.
• Handle intercompany and inter-branch reconciliations.
• Support finalization of accounts and coordinate audits (Statutory/Tax/Internal).
• Assist in financial planning, cost analysis, MIS, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely reporting and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with IND-AS / GAAP / statutory and tax regulations.
• Support process improvements and system-driven reporting.
