Job summary

Topgear Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to oversee end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles. You will handle production, quality, maintenance, PPC, supply chain, engineering, HR, finance and stores hiring, including bulk hires of operators, technicians, apprentices and trainees.

You will source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, consultants and referrals, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations, offers and joining.

Role: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Roles & Responsibility:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
• Handle hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, Finance, Stores and other functions.
• Manage bulk hiring of operators, technicians, apprentices, diploma/engineering trainees and experienced professionals.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts and joining.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and hiring dashboards.
• Monitor hiring TAT, position ageing, offer acceptance and joining ratio.
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives.
• Improve recruitment processes and ensure timely closure of positions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Manufacturing/Plant/Factory Hiring
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in bulk and campus hiring
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and HRMS/ATS
• Strong Excel and recruitment MIS skills

Preferred candidate profile

Tamil & Kannada language is mandatory.
