Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop floor, engineering, and support functions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate salary, issue offers and manage pre-joining formalities.
• Onboard new hires and maintain candidate engagement until joining.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics and candidate databases.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation.
