Job summary

PeopleStrong Pune is seeking a Store/Materials Management professional to ensure uninterrupted supplies of materials to User Department and patients. The role requires maintaining Receiving Department protocols such as quantity per Purchase Order and quality, along with proper storage according to conditions.

You will perform ABC, FSN, and VED analyses to ensure availability of vital items 24/7, coordinate GRNs, vendor invoices with GRNs data, and conduct regular stock checks to prevent

Qualifications

• Procurement role ensuring uninterrupted supplies of material to User Department & patients.
• Maintains receiving protocols such as quantity per Purchase Order and quality standards.
• Ensures proper storage of materials according to storage conditions.
• Performs ABC Analysis to control rates of A & B class items.
• Performs FSN Analysis and manages returns of material to supplier 3 months prior to expiry.
• Implements VED Analysis to ensure vital items are available 24/7.
• Timely preparation of GRNs for material received and submission of vendor invoices with GRNs data.
• Conducts regular physical stock checks to prevent variances between physical and system stock.

• Maintain good working relationships with department personnel, medical staff, and hospital employees.
