Qualifications

• OS installation, updates, patches, and hardware upgrades.
• Active Directory user provisioning and onboarding processes.
• Helpdesk support as first point of contact for IT issues.
• Backup procedures, log monitoring, and issue review.
• Hardware setup and inventory management of workstations and server room equipment.
• Website management using WordPress and GoDaddy hosting, PHP/MySQL tuning.
• Documentation of IT inventory, system assignments, data sanitization, and training records.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Routine Maintenance & Upgrades: Assist with OS installations, updates, patches, hardware upgrades, and scheduled system reboots.
• User Provisioning & Onboarding: Manage Active Directory accounts, password resets, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Helpdesk Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT issues.
• Backup & Log Monitoring: Execute backup procedures, verify integrity, and review error logs.
• Hardware Setup & Inventory: Deploy and maintain workstations, peripherals, cabling, and server room equipment.
• Website Management: Maintain WordPress sites, update plugins/themes, manage GoDaddy cPanel hosting, monitor server resources, and configure PHP/MySQL databases.
• Documentation: Keep IT inventory, system assignment, data sanitization, and training records up to date.
