Job summary

Property solutions India Pvt ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Human Resources to manage end-to-end HR operations for a 3,000+ multi-site workforce across client locations. You will oversee attendance, payroll inputs, PF/ESIC compliance, and HR MIS with close coordination with site teams and clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in IFM or related high-volume workforce functions, strong MS Excel skills, and a track record of audits and on-time payroll processing.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Housekeeping, Manpower Outsourcing, Contract Staffing, Security or similar high-volume, multi-site workforce industry.
  • Experience managing a workforce of 3,000+ employees deployed across multiple client sites.
  • Proven ability to ensure 100% accuracy and timely compliance of PF, ESIC and other statutory requirements.
  • Conduct regular HR and statutory compliance audits across sites and consolidate audit reports.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of attendance, payroll, PF, ESIC, labour compliance and HR MIS.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high-quality HR MIS, headcount, attendance and payroll data, and provide regular reporting.

  • Lead regular HR and statutory compliance audits, identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Assistant Manager Human Resources with mandatory experience in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Housekeeping, Manpower Outsourcing, Contract Staffing, Security or similar high-volume, multi-site workforce industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of 3,000+ employees deployed across multiple client sites, with primary accountability for site-wise attendance management, payroll inputs and validation, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances, employee documentation, HR MIS, and regular HR/compliance audits of all sites. The role will require centralized monitoring and consolidation of daily/monthly attendance from all locations, validation of manpower deployment, absenteeism, leave, overtime and other attendance-related data, reconciliation of attendance with payroll and site deployment, and ensuring that accurate payroll inputs are submitted within defined timelines for timely and error-free salary processing. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy and timely compliance of PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory requirements, including employee records, UAN, ESIC details, challans, returns, registers, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, labour welfare and other applicable labour-law compliances. The person will also be responsible for conducting regular HR and statutory compliance audits across every site, checking employee files, joining documentation, attendance, salary records, PF/ESIC, statutory registers, minimum wages, overtime, deployment records and other client/site compliance requirements, preparing audit reports, identifying gaps, assigning corrective actions and ensuring timely closure of all observations. The candidate will work closely with Site HR teams, Operations, Finance, payroll vendors, clients and external consultants to ensure smooth HR operations and complete compliance across all locations, support client and statutory audits, resolve employee issues related to salary, attendance, PF, ESIC and other HR matters, and ensure that all required records and documents are audit-ready at all times. The role will also involve preparation and monitoring of site-wise and consolidated HR MIS, including headcount, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, joining and exit data, payroll status, PF/ESIC compliance, audit observations, manpower deployment and other critical HR metrics, along with regular reporting of exceptions and compliance risks to management. The ideal candidate should have 58+ years of relevant experience, preferably handling a large blue-coloured/multi-site workforce, with strong hands-on knowledge of attendance, payroll, PF, ESIC, labour compliance, HR audits and HR MIS, excellent command of MS Excel/HRMS, strong analytical and reconciliation skills, and the ability to independently coordinate and follow up with multiple site teams. This is a highly critical, execution-oriented HR position, and candidates with only generalist HR, recruitment or corporate HR experience without substantial exposure to large-scale multi-site workforce management, payroll, statutory compliance and site audits will not be considered. Integrated Facility Management/Housekeeping/Manpower Services experience is mandatory.
