Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd in India seeks a capable production manager to oversee daily production in Pharmaceutical / Bulk Drug sectors, ensuring adherence to monthly plans and cGMP guidelines.

You will drive yield and quality improvements, monitor productivity, coordinate raw material planning with Stores, manage resources, and generate monthly reconciliation reports. Experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Should have worked in Managerial capacity in Pharmaceutical / Bulk Drug / AIP / Intermediate manufacturing set ups
• Responsible for Daily Production activities as per the monthly plan
• Responsible for Yield and Quality improvement and its monitoring
• Responsible for RMC and productivity
• Responsible for Raw Material Planning in coordination with Stores Department
• Responsible for monitoring and reduction of production cycle time
• Prepare Monthly reconciliation Report
• Effective handling of available resources and manpower
• Ensure all the processes are carried out as per cGMP guidelines in coordination with Quality Assurance Department
