Job summary

RAJSRIYA GROUP OF INDUSTRIES in Tamil Nadu seeks a Strategic Procurement professional to lead sourcing and contracts for sheet metal inventory (MS & SS sheets, tubes & pipes), ensuring cost efficiency and quality.

You will oversee material planning with an emphasis on zero stock-outs on high‑speed stamping and fabrication lines, manage vendor audits and relationships, minimize costs while maintaining high inventory accuracy, and coordinate closely with production to meet targets and avoid line

Responsibilities

• Strategic procurement of raw sheet metal inventory (MS & SS sheets, tubes & pipes).
• Oversee material planning with a focus on zero stock-outs on high-speed stamping and fabrication lines.
• Evaluate, audit and build supplier relationships for quality, cost and on-time delivery.
• Minimize costs while maintaining high inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement cycles with production to meet targets and avoid line stoppage.

Job description

1. 1. Strategic Procurement:Manage sourcing, cost negotiation, and contracts for raw sheet metal inventory (MS and SS sheets, Tubes & Pipes)
2. 2. Material Planning:Oversee material requirement planning (MRP) to ensure zero stock-outs on high-speed stamping and fabrication lines.
3. 3. Vendor Management:Evaluate, audit and build relationships with suppliers for quality, cost and on-time delivery
4. 4. Inventory Control:Minimize costs and maintain high inventory accuracy
5. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination:Align procurement cycles with production department to meet targets and avoid line stoppage
