Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Pune is seeking an experienced AGM – Billing & Quantity Surveying to lead client billing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and subcontractor billing for industrial and interior projects.

You will manage material reconciliation, monitor costs against budgets, and guide the billing and quantity surveying team, reading drawings to ensure accurate quantity estimation. 12–15 years of relevant experience and a Civil Engineering degree or diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in billing and quantity surveying.
• Strong experience in industrial projects, including BOQ, client billing, and cost control.
• Exposure to interior fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of RA bills, rate analysis, subcontractor billing, reconciliation, and variations.
