Qualifications

• CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / ICWA or equivalent qualification.
• 3–6 years of experience in healthcare or service-sector finance.
• Hospital finance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (Tally), and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing budgets, MIS reports, and financial dashboards.
• Support hospital billing, insurance/TPA claim reconciliation, and vendor payments.
• Handle statutory filings, including GST, TDS, and ITR, and coordinate with auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and project cost tracking.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
• Provide analytical support for hospital expansion and cost optimization.

• Fixed salary of 40,000–60,000 per month.
