Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance in Mumbai's Vikhroli area (WFO) to oversee financial reporting, ensure Ind AS compliance and support strategic decision making with analysis across functions, including EMPG.

You will manage monthly/quarterly closes, audits, internal controls, and drive MIS reporting, variance analysis and dashboards, partnering with stakeholders to present insights to leadership and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• CA mandatory.
• 36 years in financial reporting/business finance.
• Exposure to project/manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly financials and ensure Ind AS compliance
• Manage book closing, audits, and internal financial controls
• Drive MIS reporting, variance analysis, and management dashboards
• Provide business insights and performance analysis across segments
• Conduct EMPG business performance review as part of overall analysis
• Partner with stakeholders and present insights to leadership
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation
