The Finance Controller will oversee all financialoperations, ensuring strong financial control, regulatory compliance, andoptimized performance of solar projects and corporate entities. This roleinvolves managing project finance, accounting, audits, budgeting, and financialreporting, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders includinginvestors, lenders, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseepreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements incompliance with Indian Accounting standards/IND-AS.
• Consolidatefinancials across project SPVs and the holding company.
• Ensureaccuracy and integrity of financial data through robust internal controls.
• Preparemanagement reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards forleadership and board review.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Leadannual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises for corporate and project entities.
• Monitorfinancial performance against budget and report deviations with correctiveactions.

3. Project Finance & Treasury

• Supportstructuring, negotiation, and financial closure of project financing (debt/equity).
• Managelender relations, compliance with loan covenants, and disbursementschedules.
• Overseecash flow management, fund allocation across SPVs, and working capitaloptimization.
• Managehedging strategies, interest rate risk, and currency exposure whereapplicable.

4. Audit, Compliance & Controls
