The Independent Power Producers Association of India (IPPAI) is a not-for-profit association established following the liberalization of India's power sector. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager at IPPAI, located in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing financial reporting, and developing financial strategies to support organizational goals. The role involves preparing financial statements, conducting risk management, liaising with auditors, optimizing financial performance, and advising senior management on financial decisions and fiscal policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
