GarbhaGudi IVF Centre in Bengaluru seeks a senior leader to oversee andrology and embryology operations, drive IVF/ICSI success rates, and mentor a high-performing lab team.

You will define clinical SOPs, ensure adherence, partner with external labs, and set up committees to monitor best practices and treatment protocols.

This role demands strategic oversight, cost tracking, reporting, and a relentless focus on patient outcomes and justice for every couple who comes to GarbhaGudi.

Aufgaben

• Hire, train, deploy and retain andrology technicians & Embryologist through LM
• Define SOPs and ensure adherence (through LM)
• Ensure andrology& Embryology lab TATs are maintained and improved
• upskilling of team, newer instruments, newer protocols, process improvements
• Tracking of costs of embryology work
• Define SOPs for working with partners, identify partners, manage the partners - for PGTA, ERA, etc.
• Ensure weekly, monthly reports are prepared, published and reviewed
• Hire, train, retain and manage all clinicians
• Define clinical practice SOPs and adherence to that
• Responsible for success rate of GarbhaGudi
• Ensure clinical justice is done to every couple who comes into GarbhaGudi
• Setup a committee to define and oversee the clinical practices of GarbhaGudi
• Define clinical treatment protocol SOPs and ensure adherence to that
• Monitor the working of this committee and do the required changes to ensure best treatment at all times
• Assign and manage the SPOC for GGIRHR academics and research work
• Responsible for the most important aspect of GarbhaGudi - IUI and IVF success rates
