Job summary

Accor is seeking an Outlet Manager in Kolkata, India to lead budgeting, forecasting and cost-control initiatives for the F&B outlet. You will collaborate with the F&B, Culinary and Marketing teams to drive profit enhancements and membership enrollments under Accor All and AccorExplorer programs.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to implement and monitor cost-control measures in line with the budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel Management / Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan for outlet budget and review forecast on revenue and expenditure on monthly basic.
• Analyze and submit month-end reports and identify deviation from business plan goals.
• Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the outlet.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate profit enhancement initiatives in collaboration with F&B Manager, the Culinary and Marketing Departments, while also driving Accor All and AccorExplorer membership enrollments to achieve departmental targets.
• Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food & beverage costs, productivity, labor costs and operating supply costs for the outlet is in line with budget.
