Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end soft services operations across the site.
• Manage housekeeping, pantry, reception, mailroom, landscaping, pest control, and workplace services.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Resolve employee and client service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure workplace facilities are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Support employee engagement, wellness, and workplace experience initiatives.
• Assist in managing soft services budgets, consumables, and inventory controls.
• Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
