Job summary

cw is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager in Hyderabad to oversee soft services and vendor teams across the building or property. You will ensure smooth daily operations, coordinating housekeeping, pantry, front desk, security, horticulture, inventory and related services.

The role requires maintaining records, ensuring health and safety communications, and generating reports for the Operations Manager on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence. This position is based on-site in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Maintains soft services equipment’s and vendor people deployed in the building/property. The person should posses knowledge of Housekeeping, Pantry, Inventory, Front Desk, Horticulture, Security etc. areas and should have thorough knowledge on their processes and daily operations.
• Regularly communicate with staff at all levels in all departments and subsidiaries, ensuring vital health and safety information and company policies are shared on a timely basis
• Manage efficiently maintenance and statutory inspections of all facilities, including register, inventory, emergency systems and all building infrastructure, ensuring compliance with agreed procedures and regular reporting
• Maintain a range building related records and service agreements
• Checking and maintaining the Log books and checklists of all facilities
• Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly report to the Operations Manager
