Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Hyderabad seeks an Assistant Facility Manager to oversee soft services, vendor teams, and daily building operations. The role requires knowledge of housekeeping, pantry, inventory, front desk, horticulture, and security.

You will coordinate with staff across departments, ensure health and safety information is shared, manage maintenance and statutory inspections, maintain records and service agreements, and produce daily to monthly reports for the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping, pantry, inventory, front desk, horticulture, security and related processes.
• Experience communicating health and safety information across departments.
• Familiarity with building maintenance and statutory inspections.
• Ability to maintain records and service agreements.
• Skilled in preparing routine operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintains soft services equipment and vendor staff deployed in the building/property.
• Communicates with staff across departments and subsidiaries to share health and safety information and policies.
• Manages maintenance and statutory inspections of facilities and building infrastructure.
• Maintains building-related records and service agreements.
• Checks log books and checklists for facilities.
• Prepares and sends daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Operations Manager.

• Maintain a range building related records and service agreements


• Checking and maintaining the Log books and checklists of all facilities


• Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly report to the Operations Manager
