Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• Understanding of electrical safety, fire safety, and lift maintenance standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and specs.
• Vendor management experience coordinating technical service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire safety and BAS.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with technical vendors and service contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment and implement timely solutions.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergencies, coordinating rapid resolution to restore operations.
• Monitor energy consumption and system performance to identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports and asset registers; track budgets and invoices.
