Job summary

Vertiv in the United States seeks a factory-to-site coordinator to organize finalization, packing and material control for outgoing projects. This role ensures the smooth transfer of workflow and product quality from factory to project sites.

The candidate will collaborate with design, R&D, production, warehouse and logistics to support transitions, and prepare detailed progression reports for project management.

Qualifications

• High school degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the field.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends at the factory.

Responsible for organization and coordinating product finalization, packing and material control of the outgoing projects from the factory. This role is essential in guaranteeing that workflow and product quality is transferred from the factory to the site. The factory‑to‑site coordinator is the site crew’s eyes and ears in the factory and the primary point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Supporting design, deployment engineering and R&D through knowledge and experience.
• Supporting production supervisors and factory foremen through knowledge and experience.
• Preparing project site execution in the factory.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, warehouse and logistics to ensure successful project transition.
• Serving as a link between factory and site management regarding work material, schedule, quality, observations tracking, packing and logistics.
• Tracking factory works, material lists and packing during the assembly phase.
• Coordinating between factory and site.
• Preparing detailed progression reports to share with PM and Construction Manager.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
• Giving feedback to stakeholders and LL presentations.
• Close collaboration with warehouse and logistics and feedback to the site team.

Qualifications

Required / Minimum Qualifications:

• High school degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the field.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to do overtime and weekend work at the factory.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Good written and verbal communication and language skills.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• This position involves a combination of factory work, office work, and occasional on‑site travel at various project locations. The successful candidate must be able to work in different environments and adapt to changing conditions. Safety is a top priority, and all work must be conducted in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
