Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Sr. Engineer – Electrical in India. The role involves electrical/electronic system design (AC to DC / DC-DC), hands-on use of AutoCAD, Creo, Visio and Mentor Graphics, and creating PCB/system schematics.

You will read and prepare SLDs, coordinate with mechanical teams, and guide other engineers to timely project delivery. The candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronic engineering with 4–7 years of experience in control panel design, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronic engineering is required.
• Experience with design of electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to read/prepare SLDs and circuit diagrams.
• Experience with PCB design and component layout.
• Knowledge of wiring harnesses and CAD drafting standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide other engineers to deliver assigned projects or tasks.
• Coordinate with mechanical team to provide electrical inputs.
• Communicate with US/EMEA Offering Management and engineering teams as required.
• Maintain quality and schedule adherence per organizational plan.

• Preparing Change Order, Creating Item, PCB & system Schematic drawing
• He / she is expected to maintain desired quality & schedule adherence defined by organization and report as per defined communication plan.
• He / She will be expected to work & guide other engineer to deliver the assigned projects or task as needed.
