Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants in Chittoor, AP seeks a Production Operator with hands-on CNC/VMC/HMC and grinding experience to join the shop floor. You will operate secondary operation machines, assign jobs to the crew, and help meet production and quality targets.

Dip holders with 2+ years in production, strong shopfloor management, manpower handling and 5S skills are preferred. Excellent perks offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder (DIP) with minimum 2 years of production experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with CNC/VMC/HMC, lathe and grinding processes.
• Proficient in shopfloor management, manpower handling and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC, lathe, turning and related second‑operation machines.
• Assign jobs to workforce and monitor production targets and quality.
• Conduct regular patrolling and inspection.
• Train Operators.
