Job summary

Acumen 360 Consulting & HR Solutions in Vadodara, India seeks a Jr. Engineer / DET – Production with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year CNC/manufacturing experience is preferred.

The role involves daily production planning, material control in SAP, and minimizing downtime. You will coordinate 30–35 shop floor associates, monitor targets and OEE, read AutoCAD drawings, and work with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Freshers with Diploma considered; up to 1 year of experience in manufacturing/CNC production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower based on the daily production plan.

• Issue, confirm, and manage production materials through SAP.
• Handle manpower and machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine utilization and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments for smooth production operations.
• Understand and refer to AutoCAD drawings for manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards on the shop floor.

Position Title: Jr. Engineer / DET – Production

Experience Required: Diploma Freshers (DET) can be considered. Up to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/CNC production environment is preferred.

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

CTC Budget: Up to ₹4.0 LPA

Working Schedule: 6 days working in Rotational shifts

Reporting To: Senior Engineer / Production Manager

Team Handling: Indirectly responsible for managing and coordinating 30–35 shop floor associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower based on the daily production plan.
• Monitor and achieve daily production targets.
• Issue, confirm, and manage production materials through SAP.
• Handle manpower and machine-related issues to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor machineutilization and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Technical Knowledge Required

• Basic knowledge of SAP for: Material Issue, Material Confirmation, Production transactions will be preferred
• CNC machine shop exposure (preferred for experienced candidates).
• Basic knowledgeof CNC programming with FANUCor Siemens controllers.
• Understanding of production planning and shop floor operations.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD/mechanical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of OEE, production reporting, and attendance management.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and machine utilization.
