Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and commissioning of HT/LT panels, RMUs, transformers, and related equipment.
• Review electrical drawings, SLDs, GA drawings, schematics, and cable schedules.
• Ensure proper termination of HT/LT power and control cables.
• Test and commission protection relays, CT/PT circuits, breakers, and interlocks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
• Monitor HT and LT distribution systems; oversee PLC/HMI/SCADA integrations.
• Maintain equipment history and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement for safety and energy efficiency.

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical and automation systems to ensure reliable and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of 11 kV HT panels, RMUs, transformers, VCBs, ACBs, and associated equipment.
• Review electrical drawings, SLDs, GA drawings, schematic diagrams, and cable schedules.
• Ensure proper termination of HT/LT power and control cables.
• Test and commission protection relays, CT/PT circuits, breakers, and electrical interlocks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain HT and LT power distribution systems.
• Work with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for automation and process monitoring.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and system-performance data.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, productivity, and energy efficiency.

Key Skills Required:
