The candidate should have 7+ years of analytics experience, an MBA with quantitative undergrad, and hands-on Python/SQL with Qlik Sense expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems using data.
• MBA with bachelor’s in engineering / economics / math / statistics or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience; knowledge of financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Global / Regional businesses covering Customer analytics / Product analytics / Portfolio analytics.
• Manage and forge effective relationships with stakeholders to understand, recommend and drive delivery of impactful solutions.
• Engage and analyze and build new use cases and campaigns on customer journeys; manage real-time data to inform campaigns.
• Manage and drive integration of on-premises solutions to the global blueprint.
• Translate complex business problems into analytical problems; mentor a team to provide solutions across regions.
• Uncover actionable insights to identify business problems and opportunities to drive higher value; lead analytics learning initiatives.

Assistant Director, Data and Analytics

In This Role, You Will

• Provide analytical support to Global / Regional businesses covering Customer analytics/ Product analytics/ Portfolio analytics.
• Manage and forge effective and enduring relationships with various stakeholders to understand, recommend and drive delivery of impactful solutions against business agenda
• Engage and analyses and build new used cases and campaigns on customer journeys. Manage and work with real time data to generate impactful decisions on prospects, features for ongoing campaigns
• Manage and drive integration of on-premises solutions to the global blueprint
• Strategically translate complex business problems to analytical problems. Guide and mentor a team of individuals to provide solutions to the analytical problem for multiple businesses/regions.
• Uncover actionable insights to Identify business problems/new opportunities to drive higher business value. Diagnose and resolve moderate to complex analytical problems
• Lead Learning & Development initiatives to attain cutting edge analytical skills

To Be Successful You Will

• 7+ years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems using data
• A degree in Master of Business Administration with bachelor’s in engineering / Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other numerical discipline, equivalent with relevant work experience in Data related technologies
• Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking operations preferred
• Knowledge of forecasting and statistical modelling techniques, market research and multivariate analysis tools (factor and cluster analysis, conjoint analysis) is a plus
• Strong programming skills and sound knowledge of Python, Structured Query Language or other equivalent analytical tools are required. Knowledge of Qlik Sense will be preferred
• Data Quality Analysis, Segmentation, Clustering techniques. Trend Analysis and Dashboard Creation based on Visualization technique
• Data Implementation Checks and Quality Assurance.Knowledge and experience in Statistical Analysis System and Qlik Sense would be added advantage
• Strong business analysis, problem solving, project management skills and reporting skills are essential. Knowledge in Financial services preferred.
