Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in filmmaking, media, or related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience on film sets or production teams.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and sound recording.
• Understanding of basic animation and photography is a plus.
• Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize fresh content ideas.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask across projects.

Responsibilities

• Create requirement-based content for Facebook ads, social media posts, website, and e-commerce platforms.
• Handle conceptualization, videography, editing, and colour correction.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects during post-production.
• Plan and organize budgets, resources, and studio space; manage equipment rentals when necessary.
• Continuously discover and implement new techniques to enhance efficiency and creative quality.
• Work collaboratively with other teams (design, marketing) to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand alignment.

The Video Producer will create engaging and on-brand video content for various communication channels. You’ll manage video projects end-to-end, from concept to shoot to post-production, crafting stories that elevate the brand’s visual identity and connect emotionally with its audience.
