Job summary

VLCC School of beauty in Raipur is seeking an experienced Institute Manager to run the centre as a profitable unit, achieve sales revenue and profit targets, and steer overall operations. You will plan and execute sales and marketing activities to meet admission targets, promote the institute and its courses, handle walk-ins, counselling, and convert enquiries into registrations.

The role requires hiring and inducting staff, maintaining timetables, coordinating with suppliers, managing cash

Responsibilities

• Manage institute as independent profit centre to meet sales revenue and profit targets.
• Plan and execute sales & marketing activities to achieve admission targets.
• Promote the institute and courses; handle walk-ins, counselling, and convert enquiries to registrations.
• Recruit and hire staff and oversee induction.
• Ensure proper admission procedures, form batches and maintain timetables.
• Interact with suppliers & vendors; manage cash flows and receivables/payables.
• Undertake revenue-generating activities and establish corporate/institutional ties.
• Tie up with local Colleges, Schools, and Tuition houses; coordinate support functions.

• To manage and run the Institute as an independent profit centre and meet with sales revenue and profit targets
• To Plan and execute various Sales & Marketing activities for achieving Admission targets.
• To promote the institute and its courses & ensure proper handling of walk-ins, counselling prospective students and Converting enquiries to registrations
• To recruit and hire requisite staff and induction.
• To ensure proper handling of admission procedures and induct students and form batches.
• To implement time tables/ teaching schedules and maintain staff & student discipline
• To interact with suppliers & vendors.
• To manage cash flows/receivables/payables.
• To strategize & undertake revenue generating activities.
• To get Corporate/ institutional business.
• Tie-up with local Colleges, Schools, Tuition houses.
• To tie up/coordinate all support functions.
• To maintain files/records/databanks.
• To know & study the general market, industry & competition.
