Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a proactive Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound for our Dhanbad branch. You will oversee daily branch operations, ensure policy adherence, and drive excellent customer experiences.

You will lead a team, manage customer queues, handle cash operations including FX and traveler’s cheques within prescribed limits, and ensure AML/KYC compliance for new accounts. Strong leadership and banking operations knowledge are essential.

• Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.

• Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
