Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage customer service delivery, account servicing, operational controls, and timely resolution of customer queries.
• Monitor branch productivity, transaction accuracy, cash management, and operational risk parameters.
• Lead and mentor branch operations staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with business, compliance, and support teams to drive seamless branch functioning and enhance customer experience.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.
• Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery.
• Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
