• Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions performed by staff.
• Manage branch lobby, queues, and service delivery to enhance customer experience.
• Handle cash operations, including FX and traveler’s cheques within prescribed limits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined TAT.
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening documents.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
2. Manage customer service delivery, account servicing, operational controls, and timely resolution of customer queries.
3. Monitor branch productivity, transaction accuracy, cash management, and operational risk parameters.
4. Lead and mentor branch operations staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and process efficiency.
5. Coordinate with business, compliance, and support teams to drive seamless branch functioning and enhance customer experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 4-8 years of banking operations experience.
• Strong understanding of branch operations, regulatory compliance, and audit management.
• Proven team handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in retail branch banking and operational governance preferred

Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.
4. Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery.
5. Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
6. Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
7. Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
