Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound to oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires proactive leadership, a solid understanding of banking services, and the ability to manage customer queues and service processes.

Based in the Punjab region, you will supervise cash operations, including FX and TCs, and ensure AML/KYC compliance for forms submitted to CPC/RPC, while maintaining audit readiness

• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
