Deputy Branch Manager - Pune - Maharastra

Searching for a Bank for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Branch Manager to join our team. As the Deputy Branch Manager, you will actively support the Branch Manager in the daily operations of the branch. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective running of the branch, managing resources, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have a thorough knowledge of banking procedures, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should also have a Bachelor’s degree in business or economics and at least three years of experience in a banking-related role. Responsibilities:

• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations, including handling customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that the branch is operating efficiently and effectively.
