Job summary

Kivi-Tronics Consulting in Tamil Nadu (Perungudi) seeks an Assistant Branch Manager (Floor Manager) to oversee day-to-day retail branch operations and act as second-in-command for the branch. You will ensure smooth store performance and adherence to SOPs.

Lead a team of Store In-Charge, Sales Associates, Helpers, and Support Staff, drive inventory accuracy, and manage cash reconciliation while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Retail Operations or Store Management.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Knowledge of billing, cash reconciliation, and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail branch operations.
• Supervise Store In-Charge, Sales Associates, Helpers, and Support Staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability.
• Verify DC inward, stock movements, and documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate weekly stock requisitions.

• Handle customer escalations and maintain excellent service standards.
• Act as Branch Manager during the Branch Manager's absence.
