Job summary

KiVitronics is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager (Floor Manager) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail branch. As second-in-command, you will ensure smooth store operations, inventory accuracy, team productivity, and excellent customer service while enforcing company SOPs.

You will lead the Store In-Charge and Sales Associates, coordinate stock, verify cash closing, and act as Branch Manager in their absence, fostering a high-performance retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations or Store Management.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Knowledge of billing, cash reconciliation, and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail branch operations.
